STEP 1
Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. requires a non-refundable application fee of one half of the total placement fee. This fee allows us to begin the search for your new nanny.
STEP 2
Once the application and the application fee is received then the search begins. Our goal is to match you and your family/business with the perfect nanny based on the needs you stated. This search could take a few days or a few months. This process is to ensure that you are matched with the nanny that will better suit you and your families needs.
STEP 3
Our professionals will contact you with possible candidates we feel match the needs you stated for your family.
We will then discuss their qualifications and background for the position.
Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. will then set up an interview for you and the nanny.
We here at Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. are more of a hands on referral service. Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. feels that we should be involved in the entire process, therefore, we can ensure the highest quality of service. We can help with the interview process by asking all the questions that you may not think to ask, or we offer you the option of interviewing possible nannies on your own.
Once you have found the nanny you would like to hire Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. will then set up a meeting to sign the work agreement and contract. If anything about the possible nanny does not feel right to you then let us know and the pursuit will continue until we find the one for you.
STEP 4
Once this process is complete and we have found the match for your family then the remainder of the placement fee is to be paid in full. Southern Nannies Plus, Inc. accepts credit cards, check, money order, or cash. For any questions or concerns you may contact us.
